Position Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain financial data, ensuring records are current and error-free
  • Support daily office operations and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation for easy access and compliance
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and overall office efficiency

Oualifiications

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles required
  • Working knowledge of office procedures and general business practices
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Bilingual (required)
  • Front desk or receptionist experience is a plus
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and accounting-related software

Job Details

  • Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5pm
